Nationwide White Glove Service

We are dedicated to providing you with a first-rate service throughout the entire purchase process.

Small items are shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground. Items such as living rooms, dining rooms, beds, etc. will be shipped as an In-Home Delivery and Set-Up (White Glove Service). Some vendors use a common freight carrier with curb-side delivery or maybe even door-step delivery. Curb-side delivery is just what it sounds like. An 18 wheeler will pull up to your curb and drop off the furniture on your curb. That is the extent of their service. We, on the other hand, use an In-Home delivery company with White Glove Service. This ensures that your merchandise will arrive undamaged. We don’t deliver large merchandise as curb-side delivery.

White Glove Service consists of: bringing items into your home, unpacking, assembling, and debris (packing material) removal. All of this is done by trained professionals.

If you live in the local Tri-State (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and Pennsylvania area, you will experience White Glove Service with with a flat rate fee.


Always inspect your shipment carefully upon receipt. If your shipment has arrived damaged, don't panic. Notify UPS, FedEx, or our delivery company at the time of delivery, if possible. Do not discard the packaging material or the damaged item. Contact FOW customer service and we will file a damage claim with the carrier as well as a reshipment. FOW is not responsible for a damaged item after 24 hours from the day of delivery.

FOW must be notified within 48 hours from the date of purchase for a return or exchange. All returns, cancellations, and failures to accept the order are subject to 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs and are not acceptable 48 hours after the date of purchase. “Paid Take” transactions will constitute a final sale without service. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom and two-tone finishes.
