With this shipping option an authorized clock technician will come to the customer’s home and professionally set up the mechanical grandfather clock. The technician will set up the hanging pendulum and weights, activate the auto night silence function, set the time and moon dial, and more. The customer will be sent a letter with the name of the clock technicians to set up the clock after it has been delivered.
